Umm…. yeah. Apparently there’s a meetup happening. AT Polo. In about a week.
…. Here’s my two cents about it.
It’s Polo. As my sister said, that’s bland.
Be more original than polo. Go to a sweet restaurant or something. Moxie’s the only one I’ll allow if you’re going to polo.

The "Photoshoot".
Sorry, I didn’t really inform anyone in this blog, but yesterday. A photoshoot occurred and well it was a success. It was conducted by I’d say our resident pro photographer, jayobyrne.
The notable people that showed up were:

Last Night's Winnipeg Tumblr Meetup
It was a hit! We had a delicious dinner at Moxie’s and then headed over to the King’s Head Pub. Much alcohol was consumed. Many drawings were made. Quite a few laughs were had.
I am so happy with the way the evening panned out. It seemed like everyone had a really great time and it was amazing to finally meet you guys!
I think we most definitely have to do it again in the near future!

Here is a how-to guide to ensure your enjoyment of...
1. Shower and get dressed. Simple, yet extremely important.
2. Head over to Moxie’s for 8PM at The MTS Centre. Do not go to any other Moxie’s. We will not be there.
3. Introduce yourself to the gaggle of Tumblrs who will slowly be arriving one by one. Make idle chit-chat :)
4. After a reasonable time of waiting for people, we’re going to try to get a table for however many of...

oshi- so, when I was looking over the meetup date, apparently I wasn’t really paying attention, because I actually don’t think I can make that day. New Moon comes out (/nerd) and I maaaaay be seeing more than one showing on that day D: I’ll have to check when it gets a little closer. We haven’t purchased tickets or anything yet so nothing is set in stone.

Sorry I’ve been so busy for the past while. Infinitanium and I were discussing possible dates for the Winnipeg Tumblr Meetup. Things are getting really busy with it being the end of the month and all so we figured we should aim for a new date. Also, we kept in mind the fact that we want to make sure we can get our Tumblr swag in time for the meetup.

Ok, I think we all need to discuss a date and time we can all meetup.
Brittany suggested sometime around this week or this weekend, we meet up and watch Paranormal Activity and go to King’s Head. Good deal.
We need a more stable date, this could work, if we get a stable date going.
